Our Approach

Our philosophy of handling Workers' Compensation claims is simple. We want to advise you, the client, of the law, of your potential exposure, of your rights, and suggest a plan of action, as quickly as possible. We do this by providing you with an Opinion Letter as soon as the file is referred to us. Thereafter, we will copy you on every letter we send to your third-party administrator so that you have the same information in your file that we and the third-party administrator have.

We take an aggressive, but yet realistic approach to handling Workers’ Compensation claims. We receive our direction on how to handle the files from our clients. Some clients want every claim tried. Some clients want every case settled. We will customize our approach to match your philosophy.

Through the years, the attorneys in our firm have developed a reputation of being tough litigators, conservative with their client’s money, and intolerant of fraudulent claims. It is a comforting source of pride when opposing attorneys suggest that we handle our client’s money as if it was our own.

The majority of our associates have at least eight or more years of experience. We bill on a per function basis. We find that this creates a certain stability and awareness regarding the anticipated costs of each case. We charge straight hourly time for trial preparation, trials and depositions.
